On May 10 from 10-6, Debra Sokolow, with four other artists, will be showing her work at Studio Tharalson, (Painter and metal artist, Douglas Tharalson's studio in Cornell) as part of the Thousand Oaks Open Studio Tour tour.

Edna Okui

Edna Okui, an active and beloved member of the Thousand Oaks Art Association, died just one year ago (April 2nd) after a long battle with cancer. As a tribute to her memory, I gathered together photos of Edna�s works in watercolor, aqua media, and Chinese brush painting/calligraphy. This collection was recently displayed at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts where I also culled tributes from her memory book on view there.
