In order to be considered for exhibition in the Fred Kavli Theatre Gallery, artists must submit the following materials to:

Thousand Oaks, CA 91362
1.) Between 8 to 15 slides (labeled with name of art work, dimensions, and medium)
Please inquire about alternative format submissions.
2.) Current Resume
3.) ?Artistic Statement? or any other materials that best represent the work being submitted. Press clippings may be submitted.
4.) Detailed listing of your exhibition ?history?.
5,) Self-addressed, stamped envelope for your submission materials to be returned.
